In-Store returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded via the original payment method or you may exchange for another item of equal value or for store credit.

Mail-In Returns

Mail-in returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. You will be refunded via the original payment method.

Returns within 30 days will receive store credit. To initiate an online return, please email info@oceanne.net and include your order number.
