Associate Sales Manager for Crocker Park Boutique

  • Position: Associate Sales Manager for Crocker Park Boutique 
  • Start Date: Training April, Opening May
  • Reports To: Founder, Owner & Lead Designer
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
  • Supervises Others: Yes

The Associate Sales Manager for Océanne’s Crocker Park Boutique, will act as lead sales associate as well as manage the other sales associates at the Crocker Park Boutique. We will offer training for sales associates to provide the permanent jewelry experience (ie. Forever Bracelets).

Success in this position will be demonstrated in the following areas of job performance:

  • Ensure the space is merchandised up to Oceanne’s standards and aesthetic.
  • Ensure the daily cleaning and safety tasks are completed.
  • Ensure the store is restocked daily in all the areas: jewelry, apparel, and home decor.
  • Train Sales Associates in the highest customer service, upselling strategies and store policies.
  • Schedule team members to cover all store hours, workshops and in-store events.
  • Increase sales according to quarterly sales goals.
  • Ensure sales associates are prepared for and accountable for their shifts (including all responsibilities, signage and marketing knowledge). 
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and data.
  • Manage in-store events.
  • Help customers register for and plan their special events/visits.
  • Assure strong customer support and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Flexibility to travel to our other Northeast Ohio locations.
  • Perform Forever Jewelry appointments and walk-ins.
  • Help with social media posts and engagement.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior retail management and merchandising experience
  • Strong social media skills
  • Weekend flexibility
  • Strong sales + leadership skills

Sales Associate

  • Position: Sales Associate
  • Reports To: Founder, Owner & Lead Designer

The Part-time Sales Associate provides the Océanne in-store experience and builds long-lasting relationships with customers along with keeping the store merchandised up to standards. We will offer training for sales associates to provide the permanent jewelry experience (ie. Forever Bracelets).

Success in this position will be demonstrated in the following areas of job performance:

  • Assure strong customer support and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Increase sales according to quarterly sales goals by knowing the Océanne calendar of events, promotions and product line and being able to inform customers of relevant opportunities for them.
  • Ensure the space is merchandised up to Oceanne’s standards and aesthetic.
  • Ensure the daily cleaning and safety tasks are completed.
  • Ensure the store is restocked daily in all the areas: jewelry, apparel, and homedecor.
  • Flexibility to travel to our other Northeast Ohio locations as needed.
  • Perform Forever Jewelry appointments and walk-ins.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior retail and merchandising experience
