Workshop Policies

Workshops:

Océanne hosts public and private workshops in the vibrant and bustling Gordon Square Arts District on the West side of Cleveland. In our Jewelry Workshop for Beginners, you will join our expert jewelry designers at Océanne’s flagship studio & boutique for a hands-on 2-hour jewelry making workshop. This class explores basic jewelry fabrication and techniques like filing, forging, shaping, texturing, and cold connections. Each student will make one or two finished pieces during the workshop.

Students are requested to wear closed toe shoes and tie long hair back. Should you need magnification or any other special arrangement, seating, etc., please let us know 7 days in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Private Workshops:

Private workshops can be scheduled by emailing info@oceanne.net. We can accommodate parties of  6-16 people. No experience necessary. Dates are subject to availability.

There is a minimum guarantee of six guests or $360 for private workshops.

 

Student Cancellations:

Students must cancel two weeks in advance to the start date of their workshop to receive a full refund. Students who cancel less than two weeks, but more than one week prior to the start of their workshop will receive a credit towards another class/workshop or store credit.

Students who cancel less than one week prior to the start of their workshop will not receive a refund or credit.

There are no refunds for missed classes and workshops.

 

Cancellation due to Inclement Weather or Other Emergency:

Class sessions may be cancelled due to inclement weather or other emergencies. In these situations, we will make every reasonable effort to contact students and reschedule or refund courses.
