Shipping Methods and information
Items ship within 2-14 business days from date of purchase. Each item is made by hand and some pieces are made to order. Our orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
**Attention International Customers** Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, USPS does not provide shipping ETAs for First Class Shipping. Priority is generally estimated at 6-10 business days. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for as long as eight weeks. For delays this long in shipping, please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
We do not refund, nor are we responsible for, lost or stolen packages or for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address input into our site.
Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your new piece! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Any returns after this time are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee. If your return is outside of the 14-day policy, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. Items returned outside of the 30 day window without prior approval may be refused an return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. You should see the refunded amount within 3-5 business days, however it may take longer depending on your banking institution.
If the original payment method is unavailable, the return will be issued as store credit in the form of an online gift card. Shipping costs are not refundable and Océanne is not responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
Care Instructions and Repairs
Due to the nature of natural and vintage materials, slight variances in color or marks of age may be present in your jewelry. There may be variances in color, texture and tone of your piece compared to the items depicted in our photographs. In some cases brass, sterling and copper jewelry can acquire a darker color/patina with frequent wear. If you wish to remove it, simply use a jewelry polishing cloth to wipe down the piece of jewelry, or a fine grade (000 grade) steel wool to gently buff the surface of your jewelry.
Each piece of jewelry is constructed by hand and therefore is very delicate. Please care for your jewelry by keeping it out of water, not wearing it while showering or exercising, and by keeping it in a secure, dry place in between uses.
Repairs are accepted, and are subject to a fee depending on the nature of the damage.
