Exchanges and Returns:

Oceanne accepts exchanges and returns in store or by mail. Returns/refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is received in its unworn, original condition. Exchanges will be accepted through January 15, 2022 for the holiday season. Please be sure to provide your receipt or gift receipt at the time of exchange. 

In-Store Returns:

You may bring in your item to return within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to credit you the amount of purchase to your original form of payment or you may exchange for another item of equal value or for store credit.

Mail-In Returns:

Mail in returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. You will be refunded via the original payment method or be given store credit.

Returns after 14 days will receive store credit if the item is returned in its original condition. To initiate an online return, please email and include the order number.

We do not accept returns of discontinued/clearance/sale pieces. 



We are happy to repair or replace your jewelry at no cost within the first three months after purchase under these circumstances:

  • Adjust Length of Chain
  • Broken Chain
  • Add or Adjust Personalization
  • General Problem with Quality of Piece

You may drop off or pick up in the store or ship to us for repair. Repairs or replacements requested after three months start at $16. We will send you a quote of costs for your approval before we begin work on your piece.


Customs and Special Orders:

We do not accept returns for custom made jewelry. However, we are happy to repair or fix something that differs from what we discussed or if you are not 100% satisfied (we must be notified within seven days of pickup). (See policy for repairs above.)

We ask that your custom piece is picked up within three weeks of notification of completion.

Items left after 30 days will be returned to inventory. Please email if you need to extend the pick up window for any reason or to coordinate having your piece mailed to you.
