Interested in getting zapped, but have a few questions about the process? We're here to answer any questions you may have.

What is the cost?
Bracelets start at $62 (gold-filled/sterling silver) or $148 (14 karat gold). Gold-filled charms, which can be added to either type of bracelet, are $25 each. Anklets (gold-filled/sterling silver only) are $74. Necklaces are $120 (gold-filled/sterling silver) or $300 (14 karat). Prices are subject to change.
How many chain options are there? 
We carry a variety of chain options! Please refer to the photo below for the chain options that we currently carry. Please note that these options may vary by availability and what we currently have in stock at the time of your purchase. Photo reflects gold-filled and sterling silver chains. 
 
What are they made of? Do they tarnish over time?

Our Forever jewelry comes in gold-filled or 14-karat gold. Anklets are available in gold-filled only. These metals are durable, high-shine and long lasting.

 They are water safe, so you can shower/swim with them all you want. However, you may experience wear on the metal if you're in chlorine for long periods of time every day. 

How long do they last? Are they durable?
We use high-quality metal for all of our Forever Jewelry so that your piece can live up to its name. However, like all delicate jewelry, these dainty chains can break if pulled or tugged on! Repairs can be made at our Gordon Square storefront and, depending on the situation, may result in a repair fee of $10.

What should I do if it breaks?
If your Forever jewelry breaks, we're happy to fix it for you! All repairs are done at our Gordon Square storefront in Ohio City. Depending on the circumstance, there may be a repair fee of $10.00.

How do I book an appointment? Do you take walk-ins?
We offer appointments and walk-ins.
Availability is dependent on location:

Gordon Square: walk-ins available Monday - Friday during our open hours. Weekend availability varies; weekend dates are announced on Instagram and here on our website. Click here to see upcoming weekend dates for walk-ins and appointments at Gordon Square


Pinecrest: walk-ins are available only when announced.

Do I need to remove it for traveling?
What if I need to remove it for a medical reason?
If you need to remove your bracelet for any reason, you can simply cut the chain with a pair of scissors. Airport security typically does not require that small, delicate jewelry is removed.

 If you cut your bracelet and want to get it repaired, there may be a repair fee of $10. All repairs are done at our Gordon Square Storefront.

Is there an age requirement to get zapped? 
As a general rule, we do not do Forever Jewelry on anyone under 5 years old. That being said, the process of getting Forever Jewelry requires customers to sit still, so our jewelry makers are given full discretion regarding providing service to children.
